Carhartt WIP x Nicholas Daley

For the Fall/Winter 2025 collection, Carhartt WIP has collaborated with designer Nicholas Daley to create a 13-piece capsule collection. Drawing on a shared passion for music and the culture that surrounds it, the collection sees the British designer pay homage to the pioneering reggae night created by his parents, Maureen and Jeffrey Daley. The night was first held in Edinburgh in 1972 and subsequently expanded across Scotland until 1982. For this collaboration, Daley celebrates its core values of community , craftsmanship, and culture, while also nodding to his heritage, with subtle references to Jamaica and Scotland woven throughout the collection.

Known for combining functional, workwear-inspired silhouettes with a touch of quirky craftsmanship, Daley's pieces are imbued with a subcultural sensibility. The designer's deep connection to music, evident in campaigns, events, and the clothes themselves, creates a natural resonance with Carhartt WIP , whose iconic styles are a staple in the wardrobes of DJs, musicians, and clubbers across continents and genres.

Each piece in the collection features a custom woven label, featuring a hand-drawn logo by Daley, that recalls the psychedelic typography of 1970s vinyl records , while also underscoring the care and personal touch that has gone into every piece of this collaboration.
