Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer who qualifies as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide reasons.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending an explicit communication within the deadline to:

3. Conditions for accepting returns

The right of withdrawal is subject to compliance with the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned intact, unused, unworn and unwashed
  • must be complete with original labels, accessories and original packaging
  • must be suitable for new marketing
  • suitable proof of purchase must be provided

Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returns made without prior request and authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return methods and costs – Italy

Following approval of the return request, Banana Benz Srl will provide the Customer with a shipping label via BRT courier.

  • In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost of €5.00 will be borne by the Customer and deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case of size exchange, the return and shipping costs of the new item will be entirely borne by Banana Benz Srl.

The shipping label is valid for 7 (seven) days from the date of issue. After this period, the return request will be canceled, and Banana Benz Srl will not be responsible for any loss or delay in delivery of the package.

5. Second exchange or subsequent return

If the first exchange is not suitable, any second return will be at the Customer's expense, who will have to arrange for shipping at his/her own expense to:

Once the product has been received, Banana Benz Srl will refund the order, excluding any shipping costs incurred by the Customer.

6. Returns for orders shipped outside of Italy

For orders delivered outside of Italy:

  • Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer
  • the return must be made within 7 days of the request
  • It is mandatory to use a courier with tracking
  • The tracking code must be communicated via email or WhatsApp

Returns without tracking or sent after the deadline will not be accepted.

The return will be paid by the Customer, who will have to arrange for shipping at his own expense to:

Once the product has been received, Banana Benz Srl will proceed with the refund of the order, excluding the shipping costs incurred by the Customer.

7. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • underwear items
  • personalized or made-to-measure goods
  • personal care products
  • gift vouchers

8. Defective or non-compliant products

The Customer is required to verify the conformity of the product upon delivery. Any defects, damage, or shipping errors must be reported promptly to allow the application of the protections provided for by Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.

9. Refunds

The refund will be made only after the product has been received and verified by the quality control department.

If successful:

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method
  • within 10 working days of confirmation of acceptance
  • Credit times may vary depending on the banking institution

10. Additional information

The Customer acknowledges that the items on the site may have been displayed, tried on, or worn at Banana Benz Srl's physical stores.
