Returns and Replacements

We have a 14 day returns policy which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.

Return shipping costs
If you wish to make a return, the cost of returning the product to our warehouse via BRT courier will be your responsibility at a rate of €4.00 which will be deducted from the total refund of the order. The courier label will be sent by Banana Benz®.
In the event of a size exchange request, the costs relating to the return of the products and the shipping of the item with the requested size in exchange will be borne by Banana Benz®.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused , with tags and in its original packaging . You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

  • Log in to your account using your email address, find your order ID and click on the “Request Return” button.
  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  • You will receive a label on Whatsapp that you will have to print and apply to a shipping package and the item will be returned to us.
  • Simply close the item in a shipping pack and deliver it to the collection point closest to your home. Consult the map of collection points at this link https://www.mybrt.it/it/mybrt/parcel-shops by entering the postcode of your city.

Please note that your refund will be issued following evaluation by our quality control team. Approximately a week can pass between the date you send the item back to us and the date we confirm whether the return has been accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it in the right way.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers.

You change
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise you must wait for the returned item to return to us, then the item agreed upon at the time of notification will be automatically sent to you.

14 day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging . You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned outside Italy
For returns of orders placed outside Italy, all the above conditions apply with the exception of shipping, which will be the sole responsibility of the customer and which must be sent with a courier chosen by the customer with the possibility of tracking to:

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
