Returns and Replacements
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Shipping Costs
If you wish to return the product, the cost of returning it to our warehouse via BRT courier will be your sole responsibility. The cost is €5.00 in Italy and €10.00 in France, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. This cost will be deducted from your full refund. The courier label will be sent by Banana Benz®.
In the event of a size exchange request, the costs of returning the products and shipping the item in the requested size in exchange will be borne by Banana Benz®.
Instructions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused — with tags attached and in its original packaging . You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
- Log in to your account using your email address, find your order ID, and click the “Request Return” button.
- Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- You will receive a message on WhatsApp with instructions to follow.
- Simply pack the item in a shipping container and deliver it to the collection point closest to your home.
- The label is valid for 7 days from the day it is sent to you , and the package must be delivered no later than this timeframe. Do not ship the item after the 7th day . If you do, you will no longer be covered, and Banana Benz srl or BRT will no longer be responsible for any loss of the package. The return request will be closed, and the label will no longer be valid after the 8th day.

Please note that your refund will be issued following evaluation by our quality control team. It can take approximately one week between the date you return the item and when we confirm whether the return has been accepted.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the first exchange is not suitable, the customer is responsible for the second return. The customer must ship the item back to us at their own expense to the following address:

Once returned to us, we will refund the entire order , excluding any shipping costs incurred by the customer.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned: underwear (briefs, boxers, and the like), personalized products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise, you must wait for the returned item to arrive back to us, after which we will automatically send you the item you agreed upon when you notified us.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging . You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns outside Italy, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands
For returns of orders placed outside these countries, all the above conditions apply, except for shipping, which will be paid exclusively by the customer and must be sent via a courier of the customer's choice with tracking (to be sent within 7 days of the return request either by email or WhatsApp) to:

If the package is sent without tracking and outside the maximum return window, the package will be returned and not processed, resulting in the closure of the return.
Refunds
We'll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@bananabenz.it
