Information on Gift Vouchers and payment methods

In accordance with current European consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and services, please be informed that Gift Vouchers purchased through this e-commerce constitute prepaid purchase titles that can only be used under the terms and conditions indicated.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of receipt by the recipient. After this period, the Gift Voucher will be considered expired and cannot be used or refunded, except as provided by applicable law.

The purchase of Gift Vouchers is made using the payment methods available on the website. Once the transaction is completed, the Gift Voucher will be issued and made available to the indicated recipient. We recommend carefully checking the data entered during the purchase, as any errors will not be attributable to the seller.

In accordance with Article 59, letter n), of Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed into national laws), the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the case of the supply of digital content or services fully performed with the express consent of the consumer. Therefore, if the Gift Voucher is used, even partially, it will no longer be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal or request a refund of the remaining amount, unless mandatory legal provisions apply.

The purchase and use of the Gift Voucher imply full acceptance of these conditions.
