Vans x Slam Jam

Vans x Slam Jam brings together the Californian skate brand and the Ferrara-based company founded in 1989 by Luca Benini, a benchmark in streetwear. The Act of Disagreement capsule reinterprets the nostalgic and restless aesthetic of the early 2000s, focusing on vintage washes, loose silhouettes, and distressed finishes.

The star is the LX Classic Slip-On 98, a reinterpretation of the slip-on created in 1977. Distressed canvas, checkerboard print, and faded sidewalls give it a lived-in look. Additionally, the waffle sole and A.O.D.-branded insole complete the model.

The clothing follows the same language. Loose jeans and double-knee distressed pants bring workwear into the urban wardrobe, while t-shirts, including long-sleeved versions, round out the outfit. Finally, checkerboard socks, in a three-pack, finish the look.
