Standard shipping is available throughout Italy and costs €6.00 on all purchases under €100.00.
It is carried out by BRT (Italy and Europe) with delivery times of 1 to 3 working days.

Express
Express shipping is available throughout Italy and has an additional cost of €5.00 on all purchases.
Place your order by 10:30 AM, and we will process it the same day. Shipping is carried out by BRT with delivery times of 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery is only active on working days (excluding Friday-Saturday-Sunday).

International
Standard international shipping has a variable cost based on the destination country.
It is carried out by DHL with delivery times of 4 to 9 working days.

Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

In-store pickup
If you are in Bari and its province, you can choose "In-store pickup" at checkout, which is completely free at:

You will just need to wait for a WhatsApp message notifying you when the order is ready for pickup at the checkout. If you did not provide your number when ordering, contact us at +393246911919 to provide it.

Remember that you must show the WhatsApp message at the checkout with the order number to collect your item.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to collect your order before receiving the pickup notification message. Orders with in-store pickup placed from 3:00 PM on Friday until Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
