Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer who qualifies as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the products, without having to provide a reason.

2. Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by explicitly notifying the Customer within the specified period (14 days) by logging into your personal account on the website using the email address provided when placing the order, identifying the relevant order, and selecting the "Request return" option.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

The right of withdrawal is subject to compliance with the following conditions:

  • The products must be returned intact, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • They must be complete with original tags, accessories, and original packaging.
  • They must be suitable for resale.
  • Appropriate proof of purchase must be provided.

Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returns made without prior request and authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Procedures and Costs – Italy

Following approval of the return request, Banana Benz Srl will provide the customer with a shipping label via BRT courier.

  • In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost of €5.00 will be borne by the Customer and deducted from the refund amount.
  • In the event of a size exchange, the return and shipping costs for the new item will be entirely borne by Banana Benz Srl.

The shipping label is valid for 7 (seven) days from the date of issue. After this period, the return request will be canceled, and Banana Benz Srl will not be liable for any loss or delay in delivery of the package.

5. Second exchange or subsequent return

If the first exchange is not suitable, any second return will be borne by the Customer, who must arrange for shipping at their own expense to:

Once the product is received, Banana Benz Srl will refund the order, excluding shipping costs incurred by the Customer.

6. Returns for orders shipped outside of Italy

For orders delivered outside of Italy:

  • Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of the request.
  • Using a courier with tracking is mandatory.
  • The tracking code must be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Returns without tracking or sent after the deadline will not be accepted.

Returns for customers from France

Upon approval of the return request, Banana Benz Srl will provide the customer with a shipping label via BRT courier.

7. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • underwear
  • personalized or made-to-measure goods
  • personal care products
  • gift vouchers

8. Defective or non-compliant products

The Customer is required to verify the conformity of the product upon delivery. Any defects, damage, or shipping errors must be reported promptly to allow the application of the protections provided for by Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the product has been received and verified by the quality control department.

If the refund is successful:

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method
  • within 10 business days of confirmation of acceptance.
  • Credit times may vary depending on the bank.

If 15 business days have passed since confirmation without credit, the Customer may contact ecommerce@bananabenz.it.

10. Additional Information

The Customer acknowledges that the items on the site may have been displayed, tried on or worn at Banana Benz Srl physical stores.
