Napapijri

Napapijri was founded in 1987 in Aosta, at the foot of Mont Blanc, from the intuition of entrepreneur Giuliana Rosset. The name indeed comes from the Finnish "napapiiri", meaning Arctic Circle, and has embodied the brand's exploratory spirit since its origins.

The first product was the Bering travel bag, dedicated to the explorer Vitus Bering and still one of its most iconic pieces. From 1990, Napapijri expanded its production to include clothing. Outerwear that became true symbols of the brand emerged, such as the Skidoo jacket and the Rainforest, recognizable for its padded fleece front pocket.
