Chie Mihara

Chie Mihara launched her footwear brand in Spain in 2002. The designer was born in Porto Alegre, Brazil, in 1968 to Japanese parents. She then trained in Japan and New York before moving to Spain.

The brand was born from an encounter with a Spanish family of shoemakers active since 1939. It thus combines long-standing craftsmanship with an eclectic, feminine, and fun design. Pumps, heeled sandals, Mary Janes, and ankle boots are embellished with special details such as embroidery, appliqués, and buckles. They are designed for an audience seeking originality without sacrificing comfort.
