Filson's Cruiser Jacket is made from Pantex wool, a particularly durable material with an extraordinarily tight weave that forms a barrier against the wind while remaining breathable. Mackinaw wool insulates perfectly both when dry and when wet: thanks to its complex fiber structure, it can absorb water up to 30% of its weight without feeling damp or sticky.
